Delivery Timeslots by SMS and Email

If you provide us with a mobile phone number, the day before your pre-arranged delivery we will send you an SMS message containing your 3-hour delivery timeslot. This will indicate when you can expect your goods to arrive, and also the names of your delivery team. We will send you the same information via email. Alternatively, you can call us the day before your pre-arranged delivery and we can inform you of your 3-hour timeslot instead.

If you wish to opt out of receiving this SMS message, you may do so by indicating your preference at the checkout when ordering online, or by notifying one of our telesales operators when placing your order over the phone.

Additionally, if you have ordered an item which is out of stock, and which we need to order from the manufacturer, we can also send you an SMS message as soon as your goods arrive at our warehouse. You can then phone us to arrange delivery on the next available delivery date of your choosing.
