Access and Parking Restrictions

To make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, we need to know about any potential access or parking restrictions which may cause problems. Please consider all the following factors:

Parking Restrictions

Will our driver have any difficulty parking outside your property? Are there yellow lines or other parking restrictions in effect?

Steps or Stairs

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, our standard deliveries are made by one man only. As a result we will only deliver to a ground floor properties (unless a lift is available), this can include door a maximum of 4 steps. We will not be able to deliver items into your property up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs. Certain products may be delivered up or down a flight of stairs at a premium of £49.99, please call us to find out if the items you require can be delivered in this way.

Larger Items

Please be aware that large items, such as Range Cookers, and large Fridge Freezers (including American Fridge Freezers) will not fit through a normal width doorway. These will generally require double doors for us to gain access.

Drop-off in Box

If there are access difficulties which prevent our driver from delivering the goods into your property, you can request that we drop the items off outside for you to take in yourself.
