UK Mainland Delivery

Our Delivery Vehicles

365electrical.com uses its own fleet of vehicles, and delivers to MAINLAND UK only.

For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge for most of the UK, although delivery surcharges do apply to some areas and weekend deliveries. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We can deliver your order at the weekend for a fee of £14.99. Please note that the areas we deliver to on weekends will vary and we may not be able to offer a weekend delivery to your area.

Free Delivery

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, our deliveries are made by one man only. As a result we will only deliver to ground floor properties. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge. Refer to our Access and Parking Restrictions Guide for additional considerations you should take when placing your order.

Two Man Delivery

If your delivery is not to an unobstructed ground floor area, then we can provide a two-man delivery service, but at a premium of £29.99.

Arranging a Delivery Date

Delivery will usually be within 5-10 working days depending on the product you have ordered. You can track your order status/progress on our web site.

If the Track Order page shows your items are in stock please call us to arrange delivery, otherwise we will send you an email (and sms if requested) when your items come into stock. Additionally, we also provide a Next Day Delivery service to some parts of the country when you place a phone order for any of the items we already have in stock.

Delivery Times

Our deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery.

3-Hour Timeslots

If you provide us with an email address, the day before your pre-arranged delivery, we will endeavour to email you with a 3-hour timeslot indicating when you can expect your goods to arrive. We may also send you the same information via mobile phone SMS message (if you wish to opt out of receiving this SMS message, you may do so by notifying one of our telesales operators when placing your order over the phone). Alternatively, you can call us the day before your pre-arranged delivery and we can inform you of your 3-hour timeslot instead. If you need to cancel a delivery you must let us know before 17:30 one working day before delivery.

Failed Delivery and Cancellation Charges

Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods, then you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.

Old Product Collection

For a fee of £9.99 we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one. The old appliance must be disconnected and outside your property at time of delivery.
